General information:

Artwork: Clear black and white camera-ready artwork should accompany your order. If touch-up or redrawing exceeding 1/2 hour is needed, we will require an art charge of $50.00 per hour and extra production time. Approval will be requested prior to production. We reserve the right to determine what camera-ready artwork is. Instructions for layout, copy, etc. should be clearly stated on your order.

Logo and product image guidelines:
- It is essential that only the art file for the order is contained on your labeled disk or email and that the file be properly identified as the software and the compression used including all fonts and imported graphics (cuts/clip art). A printed copy of the artwork must accompany the disk and email. Art charges may apply to make art camera ready.
- All files sent must be submitted in vector format. Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Freehand and similar programs are capable of saving in this format.
- We accept data as PDF, AI, TIF (black and white only), or EPS quality file format at 300 pixels per inch and 100% imprint size.
- All colors (if not B&W) must be setup in spot color.
- No lines finer than two points.
- Product images taken from existing web sites are NOT acceptable. These images have already been optimized for web display and do not contain the quality necessary for further manipulation.
- When sending art by email, subject line must refer to PO number and company name.
- We support “ZIP” compressed files.
- Send art with attachments and labeled with the extension of the program.
- Do not embed art. The linked file must be included.
- Production time begins when PO, art and hard copy are received at our facility.

Cancellation charges: All costs incurred prior to order cancellation will be invoiced.

Copy changes: Add $40.00 for each partial change of copy per screen.

Credit terms: Net 30 days on approved accounts; 1.5% interest will be charged to accounts over 30 days (APR 18%)

Freight charge and freight claims: Orders will be shipped freight prepaid and added to the invoice unless specified otherwise. All merchandise shipped from our plant is inspected and signed for the carrier. Claims for freight adjustments, breakage, and delays in transit must be filed with the carrier within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. The claim paid by the transportation company will based on this value. Title to the goods passes to the buyer upon releases to the carrier.

Imprint area: Factory reserves the right to size art if specific instructions are not given.

Imprint colors: If a specific shade of color is desired, please include a PMS number. We will do everything possible to match as closely as we can.

Overruns / underruns: Overruns and underruns are limited to 5% over or under quantity ordered. You will be invoiced for the exact quantity shipped.

Production time: Normal production time for Party Yards and More is 2 -3 weeks. Allow extra shipping time during the pre-holiday season. Rush service is also available.

Returns: Merchandise cannot be returned without authorization from Party Yards and More. All merchandise returned without authorization will be refused. Party Yards and More must be contacted within 30 days of receipt.

Rush orders: If you need an order processed faster than our normal service, call our factory for approval. An additional 15% charge will be invoiced.

Screen / plate charges: $60.00 per color. This covers press setup and screen / plate processing cost. This is a one time charge and will not be charged on reorders within two years of the original order, as long as the imprint remains the same.

Trademark/disclaimer: The artwork, designs, and trademarks imprinted on the promotional products displayed herein are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of the imprinted products available and are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed or produced by the owners of the artwork, design, or trademarks.

Shipping: All merchandise is shipped by motor freight or UPS depending on the best cost for the customer on shipment.
